 Custom Wedding Invitations

A quick look at how our process works:

Inquiries + Booking

Inquire through our website contact form here! From there, we can jump on a quick call to talk through vision and then we’ll send a proposal for you to review. We’ll make it official with a signed contract and 50% paid retainer. Please be aware that the design fee begins at $1,500 for our custom invitations. Most Papergarten couples can expect to invest between $3,500-$8,000 for save the dates, invitations and day-of goods.

Design + Execution

This is the fun part: get out your Pinterest boards and your color palette! If you’re still developing those assets, we can assist by working with you and/or your planner to finesse. Design takes anywhere between 2-3 months. We will make sure we schedule out plenty of time for the invites to be mailed to your guests! If you need help knowing where to start on wedding timelines, see our invitation guide here.

Proofing + Printing

Once we’ve decided on the final art and stationery pieces (yay!), you’ll receive print-ready PDFs that we’ll need you to carefully check for any typos or mistakes in event information. After you’ve approved and indicated that there are no spelling, grammar, date/time errors, etc., your designs are sent to our printer(s).

Assembly is included in the pricing for our custom wedding suites. We will help ensure that your invitations are beautiful but also that they do what they were meant to do: arrive safely to your family and friends! Although we are not responsible for the timeline or actions of the US Postal Service, we do our absolute best to prepare your mail to travel safely and effectively.

SAVE THE DATES

If you book early enough with us, we’d love to design your save the dates! The save the date sets the stage for your invitation and day-of good design.

ENVELOPE EMBELLISHMENTS

Beautiful, unused vintage stamp curation, envelope addressing and envelope liners are all options that can be added to your wedding suite. Vintage stamps are a perfect way to complement your paper goods.

Day of Goods

Small details matter. Let us help you coordinate the details for your day-of paper goods. This includes everything from menus to programs to escort cards to signage.

Watercolor Wedding Maps

Maps are both practical and beautiful. With their hand drawn or hand painted illustrations, they give your guests a perfect reference point of where events are happening while also highlighting places of significance. Fun locations to consider can include where you got engaged, where you said I love you for the first time or special attractions around town.

These services are only offered to those who book with us for their wedding stationery:
